Marrying genres like pop, edm, rock, hip hop and soul, with music production that makes your soul dance. Forming, what we know as, Light Ends Darkness/ LED. Light Ends Darkness brings us today’s pop through electronic music but what they do differently than today’s electronic music, is every song, every lyric, is sending love and positivity into the world. LED’s mission is to shine so bright that they start a movement, starting with our youth. LED throws concerts in inner city schools throughout the year. Focusing on positively effecting our future generations with positive messages and influences. Giving them love and kindness through something so trendy and idolized, the music scene (something we know all too well in Nashville). LED is not only a band with enormous, empathetic hearts but they are also some of the most business savvy individuals we know. LED has created their own ecosystem where they can feed their music all of the key resources they need to be able to deliver their vision successfully. Again, their minds and hearts are absolutely beautiful.

LED founding members, Ben and Sarai, originally met in Cleveland, Ohio at an inner city church, where Sarai’s dad became a heavy influence on all the children in the area, providing a plethora of love and leadership. Fast forwarding a bit, Sarai’s husband pulls the two back together for a collaboration, that then joined forces with a band called SuperHerose. SuperHerose made some special appearances with names like Toby Mac and Diverse City. Popping up in several different Toby Mac events. Feeling on fire and inspired, with a new purpose and sound, Ben and Sarai started their new movement called Light Ends Darkness aka LED. “A flashlight in a well lit room serves no purpose. We have to step into the dark sometimes to really make a difference” Ben Crespo from LED. Wow! That thought process! This is why we do what we do. To get behind true, genuine, sincere people, that are looking to positively effect this world with that microphone they have been given. What an inspiration!

Currently LED is in the studio working on their next project and planning to hit the road this spring with their new project in hand, ready to deliver to the fans. Starting with the inner city school tours. Providing something inspiring to some children that may look at the world in a bit more bleak way. Inspiring creativity.
